FILE AN APPEAL ONLINE

Electronic filing is preferred.  To file an appeal electronically, the Appellant should fill out the electronic form and attach copies of all documents generated by the agency-level proceedings, which took place prior to the appeal. Upon completion of the electronic form, a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) can be submitted via credit or debit card. (To pay electronically there is a nominal processing fee.)

OTHER WAYS TO FILE AN APPEAL

If you are unable to file your appeal online, you may file it using one of the methods below.  If filed manually, the Notice of Appeal must be accompanied by copies of all documents generated by the agency-level grievance proceedings that took place prior to the filing of the appeal. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) in the form of a cashier's check, bona fide attorney's check, or money order made payable to the Mississippi Employee Appeals Board must be filed by the Appealing Party with the Notice of Appeal. VIA PERSONAL DELIVERY

All transactions or visits to the Mississippi Employee Appeals Board will be conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on the first floor of the Regions Building. Please visit the security desk on the first floor of the Regions Building at 210 East Capitol Street, and notify personnel to contact the Employee Appeals Board administrative office.
